About Pippa
Pippa trained as a PE teacher in the UK and taught for over 20 years. She moved to NZ in 2008 and completed a Certificate in Fitness and Personal Trainer Level 4 at the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness in Christchurch.
She has experience in nutrition, psychology, elite coaching, specific sport training and .... having fun!
For many years hockey was her passion and a dedication to training and high performance was top of the agenda. Now she aims to use this experience to accompany you on the path to success through personalised programmes and helpful, realistic lifestyle changes. And fulfil her other passion... personal training, group exercise instruction ......and working with fabulous people!
Pippa is now back home in the Herefordshire/Gloucestershire vicinity and is excited about serving her local community by elevating their consciousness on how to live better lifestyles so that they in turn can inspire others and have a positive impact on the generations that follow.
Pippa will assist and inspire you to achieve your health and fitness goals by delivering high quality training programmes that will suit your age, gender and fitness level with a focus on technique, safety and, of course, FUN!
